After losing by 26 points in Game 3 and seeming on the brink, Regal FC Barcelona reacted in the best way possible and won an exciting Game 4 for 75-81, controlling all the key-moments all along the 40'. Regal FCB started the game without anything more to lose: down for 1-2 in the series, the players coached by Xavi Pascual entered the court with great aggressiveness, strongly believing to be able to delete the first match-point to Real Madrid and make the series longer. Without any fear, Barça didn't allow Real Madrid run away in the first period, starting with the three-pointer made by Marcelinho Huertas, then staying strictly in touch for the entire first period, with Erazem Lorbek scoring 9 points and Huertas to score again from the arc for the 15-17 of the buzzer, also thanks to the +4 "blau-grana" at rebounds, 13-17. Pascual insisted with Lorbek in the second period, and decided to play with the doubled power forwars, adding Wallace that answered with a sensational period: 12 points in 5' with three triples, and Navarro added a jumper from 6 meters for the strong 0-9 break of 25-31 that costricted Pablo Laso to call a time out. Mickael added one point forom the line for the 0-10 of the +7, but Rodriguez answered from the arc reducing the gap and Singler scored the -2 for Real Madrid in the last minute of the first half, but Wallace converted an offensive rebound for the +5 of the halftime, 34-39. The great aggressiveness of Regal FC Barcelona stepped up from the halftime stats, with Barça shooting 6/11 from the arc of three point, grabbing 6 more rebounds than Real Madrid, 14-20, and scoring 24 points out of the team 39 by only two men, Lorbek and Wallace. It was Navarro, with two consecutive baskets, to lead his team to restart even stronger than before in the third period, and when Mickael scored from the arc it was +9 Barça, 44-53. Then defended time by time until the end of the period by Barça, that closed on the +7 of 55-62. In the fourth period Regal FCB showed all its desire to win, increasing even more its aggressiveness and taking 10 points of lead, then a maximum of +13 on the three-pointer of Mickael on 60-73 with 4'30" to go.
